  • Telephone number.
  • KVK Registration.
  • A valid identity card from the account holder and the beneficiary owner.

Step 2 – Choose a seller membership plan

Depending on your needs, you will have to choose between two sales plans: Individual and Professional. The latter allows you to list an unlimited amount of items for a monthly subscription of €39. The Individual Plan has no monthly costs but you incur a fee of €0.99 per item sold. It’s important to note that both plans require you to pay additional fees per item sold on top of the subscription costs.

Step 3 – Choose a fulfillment strategy

Once you’ve decided on your membership plan, you have to consider how you plan to fulfill the orders to guarantee prompt delivery to your customers. Amazon gives you two options; you can fulfill the order yourself or use the Fulfillment by Amazon program.

If you choose to opt for FBA, then all you have to do is ship your products to Amazon and they will handle storage, delivery, customer service and handle returns.

Step 4 – List your products on the platform

After you have completed the seller registration, there are two ways to report products for sale: existing products already on and products not yet listed on the platform. The main difference is that new products require you to identify the UPC/EAN and SKU. Further, you must list the product characteristics yourself.

If your online shop carries a variety of products, listing each item individually on Amazon can be cumbersome. Luckily, you can use the Woosa Amazon plugin to publish your products in bulk. The plugin will automatically recognize the EAN form the SKU which facilitates posting, pricing, and synchronizing your inventory.
